We are located at 5085 Lower South River, in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Less then an eight minute drive down the Trans Canada Highway from down town Antigonish, Smith & Fraser Homes is located on a spacious lot that allows us to showcase the many new and pre-owned mini and modular homes that we have in stock and available for order.

Simply leave Antigonish along the Trans-Canada Highway heading towards the Canso Causeway and you’ll see us on the left hand side of the road, roughly one minute after passing Mother Webb’s Restaurant.
